Mr. Ramirez has held various senior management and ownership positions over the past 35 years, with a particular expertise in the personal care, health and wellness categories.

From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Ramirez was the Vice Chairman of BLI, a portfolio company of Bain Capital, which became the largest contract manufacturer for health and beauty products in the United States, with over 1,500 employees.  Mr. Ramirez was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Herbalife International and held various senior positions in the Hughes organization and related companies.

Mr. Ramirez received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
